The School of Creative Media (SCM) at City University of Hong Kong (CityU) launch a ground-breaking Summer Institute 2006, an innovative film-making programme under the tripartite partnership agreement signed by CityU, the Beijing Film Academy (BFA) and the School of Cinema-Television at University of Southern California (USC).
