Hong Kong Digital Entertainment Association is going to organize Promotion of the Animation, Game, Designer Toy and Related Industries of Hong Kong in Exhibitions in Hangzhou and Dongguan.
We are looking for a high potential Project Manager to manage the implementation of the project. The following is the detail requirements of the position.
Job Specification of the Project Manager:
- Responsible for the implementation of the project
- To establish connections and work with the relevant Digital Entertainment Associations in Hong Kong or Mainland;
- To coordinate with vendors and the organizers of the exhibition
- To select and manage service vendors for the project
- To perform day-to-day project management and reporting
- To write proposals, MOUs/contracts, invitation letters, and other project documents
- To drive the marketing and promotion of the project
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of ICT industry working experiences and Project Management and/or Manager experiences
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English Speaking
- Good command in Chinese and English writing
- Experienced in computer Chinese input
- Experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experiences in project/events management is preferred
- Experiences in writing Chinese marketing / promotion materials is preferred
- Experiences in vendor management is preferred
- Overseas business trip is required (2 times per project)
- Immediate availability is preferred
