- be a Hong Kong permanent resident by 31 December 2006
- be any member (e.g. staff or owners, etc) of the bodies and companies which listed as the member of the Election Committee
A nominee must:
- be of age of 18 years or above (i.e. born after 31 December 1988)
- be a Hong Kong permanent resident by 31 December 2006
- be nominated by any member (e.g. staff or owners, etc) of the bodies and companies which listed as the member of the Election Committee (please see Election Procedures)
