Blind Vision
¡§Blind Vision¡¨ is a story about blindness. Everyone also has experienced to meet blind people, but who would have imagined how their life is? How they perceive the world? How to jump over the dark world? The inner world of a blind person¡¦s mind would be visualized by the animation; audience could feel what they feel. With the support of ¡§Hong Kong Blind Union¡¨, the animators have interviewed members to know more about the life of a blind person. The objective is to animate a world without light so that we can understand: ¡§What does sunrise look like in their eyes?¡¨, ¡§How to cross a busy street without seeing?¡¨, ¡§How they form a picture in their mind with sound, scent and all the other senses?¡¨ and ¡§What is the color of fear and happiness?¡¨

Comments from Judging Panel
¡§Blind Vision¡¨ is a moving and educational story - based animation which simulates the blind people to "see" the world. The animation could let public understand more about blind people¡¦s feeling. It is a clever deductive method to bring audience into blind people¡¦s world, it would effectively arouse more concerns to the blind with a full animated story, it could bring out the message of helping and caring blind people. Moreover, it could let audience introspect their existing attitude to blind people. The style of this animation is graceful, delicate and nice, it deliver to the deep impression to audience. The shooting and editing are very professional and make a smooth story flow. Judging Panel suggested using senior¡¦s voiceover would enrich the persuasion and charm of this animation. That is a heart-warming animation.
